These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kamayafestival.com (the "Site") and your attendance at KAMAYA Festival (the "Event"), organised by SMM LUXURY DEVELOPERS LTD ("KAMAYA", "we", "us"). By using the Site or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.
KAMAYA Festival takes place on 15 August 2026 at Agia Triada, Protaras, Cyprus, from 14:00 to 01:00. KAMAYA is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry, and entry may be refused without one, without refund.
Tickets are sold exclusively through our third-party ticketing partner, rsrvin.com. Your ticket purchase is subject to rsrvin.com's own terms of sale in addition to these Terms. Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial purposes (including competitions or promotions) without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained in breach of this clause without refund.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording will take place throughout the venue for promotional and archival purposes, and you consent to your image, likeness, and voice being captured and used by KAMAYA in future marketing materials (including on this Site and our social media channels) without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our on-site staff, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle crowd shots.
The advertised line-up, running order, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances outside our control (including artist unavailability). Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
In the event the Event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or public safety concerns), [CANCELLATION POLICY: e.g., "tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled date, or refunds will be processed via rsrvin.com in accordance with their policy" — confirm your actual policy here].
Attendance at an outdoor event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to weather exposure, crowd density, and uneven terrain. To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, SMM LUXURY DEVELOPERS LTD is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from your attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at the venue.
All content on this Site — including logos, artwork, photography, and text — is the property of SMM LUXURY DEVELOPERS LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
